Robbie has over 30 years of experience as a governmental and corporate liaison professional in economic and land development and delivers site selection services to a wide range of national and international clients seeking to start-up, expand or locate a new facility. He is an expert in fiduciary entitlement, tax credits and bond procurement with a broad range of economic development and corporate location factors including: federal, state and local economic incentives, corporate site location strategies, location optimization and site selection analysis. He has expertise in attracting capital intensive projects with emphasis on manufacturing facilities, automotive and distribution facilities, education, health care and aerospace. He also advises clients on key issues in the early stages of project site selection decisions, including financial feasibility studies, labor market assessments and New Markets Tax Credits.
Robbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and completed graduate studies in Economic Development at the University of Oklahoma.
