Craig is a thirty year plus real estate executive principally involved in site selection, incentives negotiation and real estate development of manufacturing and distribution facilities for our clients nationally.
Craig specializes in the design and development of robust industrial facilities including heavy manufacturing, food production, rail and crane served buildings. Craig was involved with the design and development of a $26 million pet food manufacturing operation in Abilene, Texas winning the TEDC Incentive Deal of the Year for Communities with populations over 100,000 in 2015, a $44 million sausage manufacturing facility in Union City, Tennessee for Williams Sausage Company winning the NMTC Deal of the Year for 2017 as well as other food production and manufacturing facilities around the continental United States.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University, and successfully completed the requirements for CPA certification. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas since 1999.
